Methane

Controlling “greenhouse gas,”
methane, emissions for beneficial use.

On December 07, 2009, The United States Environmental Protection
Agency Administrator issued an “Endangerment Finding” that, among other things,
says:

“… The Administrator finds that under section 202(a) of the
Clean Air Act greenhouse gases threaten both the public health and the
public welfare
, and that greenhouse gas emissions from motor vehicles
contribute to that threat.

This final action has two distinct “findings,” which
are:

1) The “Endangerment Finding,” in which the Administrator
finds that the mix of atmospheric concentrations of six key, well-mixed
greenhouse gases threatens both the public health and the public welfare of
current and future generations. These six greenhouse gases are:
carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), nitrous oxide
(N2O), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFCs), and sulfur
hexafluoride (SF6). These greenhouse gases in the atmosphere constitute
the “air pollution” that threatens both public health and welfare. …” (emphasis

Viridis Waste Control offers real solutions to better control
certain methane GHG emissions using patented processes and Viridis Waste Control proprietary methods. Viridis Waste Control’s procedures and the patented processes enable waste disposal and septage disposal operations to turn the threat and danger caused by production of methane gas and its emission as pollution into the atmosphere during disposal of waste and septage into a valuable asset.

Substantial financial benefits accrue as a result of implementing
the patented processes and the proprietary methods Viridis Waste Control offers.
The financial benefits come with the environmental benefits from dramatic
curtailing of the emission of methane into the atmosphere during waste and
septage disposal. Many jurisdictions have classified and consider the gas
produced in a Viridis facility as an alternative, advanced, and renewable fuel
in recognition of the duration and stability of the ongoing, long-term, fuel
production at such a facility.

Additionally, significant reduction or elimination of certain
water pollutants, including those related to pharmaceutical, bacteriological and
chemical pollution of surface and ground waters occurs with the use of the
patented processes and Viridis proprietary methods for waste and septage
disposal.

Viridis Waste Control can help communities and operators produce
positive cash flows and positive environmental effects reducing the presence and
effect of dangerous contaminants while performing the necessary tasks of waste
disposal from human activities.
